Having vast experience in
work with various firms with deriving economic profiles (production,
services, wholesale, retail), employee with higher economical education, Financial
Departments' licence for handling ledgers. We are insured against Civil
Liability within the scope of our services.
We offer the following
cooperation conditions:
1. If you are the owner of your
personal accounting facilities (programs for running accountancy) we can
provide services within your office (depending on the amount of work our
employee would arrive 2-4 days per week). Accounting data would also be
stored within your office. Work would contain such activities as typing
registers into the ledger, accountancy and invoices control, preparing
tax declarations (VAT, taxes), preparing pay rolls and employees' files.
ZUS documents ( if your firm employs 5 or more employees you are bound to
cooperate with ZUS using the internet ) would be send using our
Płatniks' identification key.
2. Work can be arranged in
our office and with our accounting programs. The files would also be
stored in our office. We would arrange meetings in order to retrieve the
documents concerning the current tax period, and afterwards in order to
present the final tax declarations, pay rolls etc.
The first option offers you a
direct access to the data and the accounting programs. The second one is
safer in case of financial control and makes the accountancy run without
interfering with your firms' work (occupying workplace).
We provide an invoice at the
end of the month for our services. The price differs concerning the
complexity of the accounting services (for instance import), the number
of employees and the complexity of the salary system.
